- Standard rules of the main deck applies: 50 cards, 16 triggers (with a maximum of 4 heal triggers). Restrictions on cards with ‘Sentinel’ (maximum of 4 cards), and cards of the same name (maximum of 4 cards) apply. Exception to this would be (copies). The Judges and organizers reserve the right to conduct spot checks on participants’ decks to ensure they comply with the rules.
- Format of this tournament is SWISS (5 rounds of 25 min), then TOP 8 SINGLE ELIMINATION.
- Members of Crossbone Vanguards may not participate in the event.
- Participants are to stick with their registered decks throughout the whole tournament. Changing of decks after registration is considered foul play and strictly prohibited.
- Latest restrictions to certain cards apply. Refer to our registration form for more details.
- This fight shall follow the restrictions of a clan fight (all cards in the deck must belong to the same clan). Playmats for the event will be provided by the organizers (official Cardfight playmats).
- Maximum time for each match is 20 minutes and maximum waiting time for each match is 5 minutes (unless a valid reason is provided and accepted by opponent).
- In the case of a tie (i.e. the match is not finished after the stipulated 20 minutes), the judges will then decide on a tiebreaker for the players. The judges' decision for this tiebreaker is final.
- [VOC 2016] This tournament is open to all players (Japanese, English or mixed decks). However, all rulings from Japanese decks will be applied across to all decks (i.e. cards restricted in Japanese decks will apply to English decks even if it is not restricted in English decks).
